With the World Cup comes marketing opportunities galore including co-marketing between brands. However, like many big corporations, sometimes they aren’t the most synergistic. Take for instance a recent co-brand with adidas and VW on the VW GTI adidas when adidas’ biggest partnership with the German National Team which is sponsored by Mercedes Benz!
